My First Painting

The first thing on my list of things to do before I turn 30 is to paint on an actual canvas. I totally painted a canvas tonight! It was awesome! The end result is far from what it was supposed to be when I started, but it was by no means a failure. It was liberating to paint and then follow the natural flow as it progressed. I just went with it, and it didn't matter that it wasn't perfect. I have a couple more canvases, and I think I'm going to keep at it. I really enjoy painting.
