Strange Things

Things have been weird with me for a while. Well, I should probably clarify. I have physically felt weird for a few days. On Thursday, I had this really weird panic attack. At first I thought I was having a heart attack. It was strange. My heart started going crazy and I got lightheaded and dizzy. I had these weird aching pains in my chest, and I was really starting to freak out. But then it kind of went away…to say the least, I’m going to the doctor on Thursday. I just thought it was really odd. I have never experienced anxiety before, and I have appropriate outlets for my stress so I don’t internalize toxic emotions. Clearly my outlets are broken. Oh, man. It was really weird.
